- Lead a dedicated team of nine employees
- Shape the Bern energy transition with a focus on district heating and electricity
- Plan network infrastructure in collaboration with operations management, authorities, customers, and partners
- Manage the planning portfolio efficiently and sustainably
- Analyze and further develop network calculations
- Work closely with asset management regarding project portfolio and budget monitoring
This is what sets you apart
- University degree (ETH/FH) in a relevant field
- Further training in business administration, project management, or leadership is an advantage
- Several years of experience in a comparable role with leadership responsibility
- Extensive knowledge in the specialist planning of energy supply networks (district heating, electricity, water, gas)
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and political structures of the city of Bern
- Quickly grasp complex issues and process them in a conceptually structured manner
- Integrative, flexible, and resilient personality with a strong customer and service orientation
