To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Manager Legal Operations, Partnerships & Sustainability 50-70%
Your area of responsibility includes the following tasks:
- First point of contact for legal analyses and advice on operational matters of the resort, especially in contract law, as well as support for the two sister hotels in Switzerland
- Review, assessment, and management of contracts as well as creation and ongoing updating of contract templates in German and English
- Support of the Director of Finance and department heads on legal issues as well as central interface to external legal advisors; direct reporting to the Director of Finance
- Participation in compliance, data protection, and sustainability projects, including coordination of external consultants
- Leadership of the internal project group "Sustainability" to ensure and further develop the Green Globe certification
- Responsibility for creating concise English-language memos for the owner company as well as competent contact person for legal questions and their professional communication
- Training and raising awareness of finance department employees in dealing with contract contents
- Organization, management, and maintenance of legal cases and documents in the DMS (M-Files)
- Legal education: Completed studies in business law (e.g., Bachelor of Science) or paralegal training. Alternatively, a commercial basic education (e.g., commercial apprenticeship with vocational baccalaureate or commercial school) or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience: At least two years of practical experience as a paralegal, either in a law firm or in-house.
- Working style: Very precise, detail-oriented, and careful working method.
- Language skills: Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (at least B2). Basic knowledge of French (at least B1) is a plus.
- Project management: Experience in project management is an advantage.
- Personal skills: You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork, conflict resolution skills, strong communication, and a sense of responsibility. You are open to new things and have a high willingness to learn.
