Tasks

Support patients, set care priorities, and learn nursing processes.
Perform nursing tasks and document the care process efficiently.
Participate in doctor visits, accept orders, and execute them properly.

Skills

Completed basic training; FaGe graduates may have shortened duration.
Strong organizational skills and resilience under pressure.
High willingness to learn and excellent communication abilities.
