Tasks

• Caring for and supporting our residents within the framework of the reference care system
• Taking responsibility in the care process - within the scope of competence regulations
• Contributing to a smooth process in the role of daily responsibility
• Active participation in specialist and project groups
• Creating a respectful, professional interaction with residents and relatives

Your strengths

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system
• Clear and target-group appropriate communication with residents, relatives and staff
• Enthusiasm for long-term care
• Structured, solution-oriented working
• High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good German skills (spoken & written)
