You lead and organize a team of 5 to 6 people and are responsible for the timely submission of high-quality competition entries. With your instinct for design, architectural quality, and strategy, you actively participate in the selection of relevant competitions and shape the content focus. Through regular design reviews, you ensure that the projects are convincing both in design and content. You combine your organizational skills with creative thinking and contribute decisively to the successful further development of Burckhardt's competition work.

You bring with you:

Experience in organizing and structuring competition teams and processes.
Independent and at the same time team-oriented working style.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
Confident handling of ArchiCAD as well as common graphic, visualization, and layout programs.
