Your Profile
- Training as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology) or equivalent
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft products (especially Office, Sharepoint)
- Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of direct contact with users
- Willingness to perform on-call duties (about 6 times a year)
Your Challenges
- 1st and 2nd level support in Windows environment, as well as support of other services (such as ERP and internal tools)
- Ticket management ServiceNow (handling requests until complete resolution)
- User management (creation, changes, and deletions of access rights, etc.)
- Processing of entries and exits in the IT area
