What you can achieve
- Timely recording and processing of NCM (Non Conformities) in the field of electrical engineering, electronics
- Initiating immediate measures, corrective actions, and preventive measures
- Checking the effectiveness of the implemented measures
- Recording quality indicators
- Creating and processing supplier complaints (SCAR)
- Supporting suppliers in handling SCARs and implementing sustainable measures
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to sustainably eliminate errors
- Active exchange with specialist departments to identify possible causes of errors
- Participation in error analysis in production
- Assisting in initiating and coordinating internal rework
- Participation in shop-floor meetings
- Supporting QA team members in NCM preparation or inquiries
- Supporting departments/areas with QA-relevant questions
What distinguishes you
- Professional experience as an electronics technician, electrical engineer, or good expertise in electronics
- Solid professional experience in quality assurance or complaint management (processing of NCMs), ideally in medical technology
- Good knowledge of methods and standards DIN EN ISO 13485 or DIN EN 9001
- Structured, analytical, and result-oriented working style
- Confident appearance, moderation skills, and assertiveness
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
