Patient admission / patient discharges / telephone switchboard
• Providing information at the counter as well as forwarding information
• Administrative management of patient changes (IT system OPALE)
• Case opening for emergency admissions
• Recording and processing of inpatient admissions, laboratory cases, day patients, outpatient preliminary discussions
• Follow-up processing of night admissions
• Opening of recorded reservations, including subsequent recording of missing data
• Clarifying insurance conditions, including tax location
• Sending cost approvals (insurance and pocket money guardians)
• Recording discharges
• Administration in case of death
• Telephone switchboard while maintaining confidentiality and in the spirit of service orientation
Administrative tasks
• Cash management, including mid-month/month/year-end closing

• Organizing mail distribution/dispatch as well as parcel distribution

• Updating templates and reception documents
• Assisting with birthday cards (distribution)
• Assisting with employee benefits (ticket/voucher distribution)

• Copying and distributing notices
• Laminating / copying / binding
• Preparing pocket/holiday and Christmas money
• Mini golf: organizing supervision duties, handling mail traffic, managing cash register
• Assisting with office supplies distribution
• Scanning time cards for nursing staff
