To strengthen our Care team at the Pré du Chêne Residence in Venthône, we are looking, immediately or to be agreed, for a
BESA Reference Nurse
part-time, minimum 50%
A key specialized professional in assessing the care needs of our residents and monitoring care through the BESA tool, in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you carry out structured, objective, and individualized assessments aimed at determining the level of dependency, the person's resources, as well as the services necessary to ensure their quality of life, safety, and well-being.
Your main tasks
- You perform precise and comprehensive BESA assessments.
- You actively participate in the coordination and monitoring of individualized care.
- You ensure compliance with the evaluation schedule for monthly billing.
- You support, accompany, and train staff in the use of BESA tools.
- You contribute to the continuous quality improvement process of care within our residence.
Your profile
- Nursing diploma with proven experience in geriatrics.
- Recognized expertise or advanced training in BESA assessment.
- Autonomy, rigor, and a strong team spirit.
- Good listening skills, kindness, and sincere commitment to the well-being of residents.
