Labocare AG is an established Swiss distributor of laboratory instruments and equipment headquartered in Baar. We supply research laboratories, universities, and industry with high-quality products from leading manufacturers. To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a motivated individual – whether a career starter or with many years of professional experience, both profiles are equally welcome.

YOUR TASKS

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory instruments at customers in the Bern/Fribourg/Valais/BS/BL area
• Technical training and instruction of end users
• Documentation of all performed service work
• First point of contact for technical inquiries and fault reports
• Close collaboration with the service team led by Laszlo, who ensures thorough onboarding from day one

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical education or vocational training, e.g. as an electrician, mechanic, mechatronics technician, laboratory technician, or in a similar position – both career starters and experienced professionals are equally welcome.
• Enjoyment of practical, hands-on work and direct customer contact
• Willingness to learn – product-specific knowledge is provided internally, regardless of your experience
• Reliability, initiative, and a careful, thorough working style
• Swiss German as a native language or excellent German skills in spoken and written form (C1/C2)
• Good to very good English skills in spoken and written form – required for technical documentation and communication with manufacturers
• Driving licence class B (travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland)

AREA OF OPERATION

The focus is on the BE/BS/FR/NE/VS region, with representation in the ZH/AG area. Travel is mostly day trips; overnight stays are the exception.
