Your Tasks
After a thorough introduction, you will independently take over the case management of your clients. You are responsible for resource-oriented care, advice, and support of your clients at home. Your tasks also include administrative activities and interprofessional collaboration with all relevant persons and institutions, such as relatives, family doctors, or health insurance companies. Are you motivated and resilient, and do you practice the profession with joy? We are looking for a team member who proactively tackles challenges and changes and contributes with a positive attitude.
What You Bring
- Degree as Certified Nurse HF / FH
- A team-oriented, service-minded, and motivated personality
- Driver's license category B and willingness to travel by car or e-bike
