Senior Software Support Engineer

Your missions:

• Be the direct contact for our clients and play a key role in the continuity and quality of our software solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in collaboration with our teams and clients.
• Oversee the proper functioning of applications, fix anomalies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions.
• Prepare and provide clients with regular reports (errors, incidents, usage, security).
• Document and maintain the technical knowledge base.
• Develop and maintain solutions with our project teams, applying best development practices and participating in code reviews.

Your qualifications:

• You have at least 8 years of experience in software development and application support.
• You have solid experience with IT support management processes and tools (ITSM).
• You have proven experience in Java and with the Spring framework.
• You have good knowledge of databases and SQL.
• You are accustomed to working with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• You are familiar with integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps culture.
• You work efficiently under Linux command line and know how to extract logs, administer services, and configure applications.
• Experience with web technologies such as TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, Angular, or React is a plus.
• You master English both written and spoken (C1 level). German is a plus.
