The Alterswohnen Muttenz Foundation offers elderly people a variety of tailored models for living, care, and nursing, creating a cozy and comfortable home for them. The foundation includes the Zum Park and Käppeli nursing and retirement homes with their 204 rooms, which have been organizationally merged.

• Take holistic nursing responsibility for our residents
• Recognize nursing diagnoses, initiate and review measures
• Participate in case discussions
• Be a professionally and personally competent contact person for employees, residents, relatives, and doctors
• Document nursing efforts based on the RAI system
• Medication management

• You have completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF
• You love people and appreciate working with elderly people
• You enjoy a versatile, demanding, and responsible role
• You have a sense of humor to overcome challenges with a smile
• You enjoy working in and for a team
• You have a positive attitude towards life and death
• You bring social and self-competence as well as good communication skills
