Automation Technician / Team Leader Permanent Position
Activities
As team leader of electrical assembly, you have a central interface role with our customers and take on an important role in coordinating, planning, and leading our electrical assembly department with a small team of 3-5 employees.Requirements
- After your basic electrical training, you have gained several years of experience in the assembly of industrial plants and preferably have completed further training as a technical salesman or HF engineer
- You are a team player with good communication skills and an inspirer for the employees; ideally, you also have leadership experience
- You keep an overview even in difficult situations and efficiently lead projects with regard to quality, deadlines, and costs
