Job description
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a PMO Project Manager (F/M/X) to ensure the monitoring and support of a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring their good governance, compliance with methodologies, and achievement of set objectives.
🔥 Your responsibilities:
Ensure the monitoring of assigned projects by applying the methodology and techniques defined by the PMO.
Guarantee the implementation of all prerequisites before execution (validation of plans by the Sponsor, resources, deliverables).
Set and monitor key indicators (cost, deadlines, risks, quality, communication, resources) and feed the reporting.
Manage the consolidated schedule, define the critical path and key milestones.
Coordinate and inform stakeholders, facilitate and prepare the steering committees (COPIL/CODIR).
Alert on deviations and propose alternative solutions with the project manager.
Contribute to the dissemination and improvement of project management best practices.
Train and coach project teams on the methodology and tools used.
🎯 Your Profile:
Proven experience of more than 5 years in managing cross-functional and multidisciplinary projects.
Mastery of project management tools and methods: Mondays, WBS, Kanban, planning.
Skills in project governance facilitation (COPIL, CODIR) and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
Academic background: university education with project management certifications (PMI, PMP, PSM I, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent).
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting.
Fluent French and English.
You demonstrate adaptability, interpersonal skills, and pedagogical abilities in a demanding and collaborative environment.
