About the job

• you are in a leadership role for the traditional fundraising campaign of the Luzerner Zeitung
• you take overall responsibility for the planning, organization, and execution of the LZ Christmas campaign
• you coordinate all processes with internal and external partners such as the board of trustees, advisory board, editorial team, marketing, and social institutions
• you keep an eye on the budget, ensure professional controlling, and provide reliable reporting
• you actively engage with donors

• you already have experience in project management, ideally in the non-profit or media sector
• organizational talent is one of your strengths and you enjoy working independently and proactively
• you are willing to work in a seasonally varying workload
• you are familiar with digital tools and structured processes
• you are communicative and articulate; you confidently handle both internal and external appearances
• social issues are close to your heart and you can identify with the goals of the aid campaign
• you remain focused and resilient even in a dynamic environment
