Your Contribution
- You design and develop OpenAPIs with an API-First mindset and ensure easy-to-consume interfaces for internal and external partners
- You actively participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements analysis through implementation to testing, deployment, and operation
- You enhance our integration platform components by implementing tools such as the API portal, Terraform providers, or governance tools
- You are responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of new features within an agile approach using Scrum
- You ensure high software quality through consistent code reviews, automated tests, and optimizations
- You work closely with stakeholders from the business and external partners to understand and implement requirements
- You actively contribute to the automation of operational processes, monitoring, and optimization of applications and tools to ensure high availability and efficiency
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have several years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer and are capable of developing more complex components in a common programming language (Typescript, Java, Python, ReactJS) in an enterprise environment
- You have experience with modern cloud technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, etc.) as well as CI/CD technologies (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions, ArgoCD)
- You hold a university degree in computer science or a comparable field
- Ideally, you bring knowledge in API design with OAS, Swagger, or comparable tools and understand API security principles
- You are able to analyze business processes and translate them into abstracted API specifications
- You communicate adequately with stakeholders from IT, business, and external cooperation partners
- You have an agile mindset and a willingness to continuously learn
- You are open, communicative, flexible, independent, resilient, goal-oriented, committed, and a team player
- You communicate fluently in German and English
