Project Manager: Facade Construction 80-100%

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged person immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Independent technical, organizational, and administrative project management
• Development of optimized construction and implementation solutions
• Overall planning, scheduling, and monitoring of the project process
• Support of AVOR, procurement, production, and assembly
• Creation of assembly and logistics concepts
• Cost control, interim calculations, and claims management
• Leadership and coordination of subcontractors
• Execution of approval procedures with customers and authorities
• Preparation of project documentation and revision files
• Customer support from order placement to the end of the warranty phase

Your profile

• Basic training as a metalworker or metal construction draftsman EFZ
• Further training as a technician SMT, engineer FH, metal construction planner, project manager SZFF, or comparable
• Experience in project management in metal construction, facade construction, or related fields
• Confident understanding of statics, standards, interfaces, and construction processes
• Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
