Your tasks
- Personnel, financial and qualitative responsibility for operational services in a client mandate in healthcare – your work makes a direct difference
- Leadership, promotion and further development of a team of around 25 employees – but we also offer you growth and development by working with you on your training and career planning
- Close support of our client and competent contact person for professional questions – you have a wide scope for design. We maintain short paths, a lot of trust and tangible responsibility
- Ensuring first-class service quality as well as compliance with all hygiene guidelines
- Planning, organizing, coordinating and optimizing all workflows and the use of necessary resources
- Quality controls, coaching and support of your employees
- Independent recruitment of new team members
- Management of material, machine and equipment orders
- Administrative tasks including budget responsibility
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
Your profile
- Completed training and further education in housekeeping/hospitality, cleaning or facility management
- Several years of professional experience – ideally in healthcare and/or hospitality
- Proven leadership experience combined with a hands-on mentality
- You live our Beliefs & Behaviours: respectful, eager to learn and joyfully thinking one step ahead
- Human, communicative and solution-oriented personality with organizational talent
- Structured, independent and service-oriented way of working
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of MS Office
