Your Tasks

• Joint management of Kloster Kappel in a co-leadership model
• Operational management of the hotel and hospitality business including accommodation, gastronomy, events, and guest services
• Overall economic responsibility: budget planning, controlling, personnel management, and quality management
• Promotion of a value-oriented working climate and respectful interaction with guests, employees, and partners; leading the hospitality team in a culture of mindful and high-quality hospitality.
• Collaboration with church, cultural, and tourism institutions
• Responsibility for operational processes, quality assurance, and sustainable further development of the offerings
• Further development of the location in the interaction between spirituality, culture, and tourism
• Representation of Kloster Kappel internally and externally

You bring a solid education in hotel, tourism, or business administration, have several years of leadership experience in the hotel industry, feel comfortable in a spiritually influenced environment, combine entrepreneurial thinking with social competence and communication skills, and stand for quality, hospitality, and sustainability.

As a hotelier, you take on a responsible key role and have the unique opportunity to actively shape and sustainably influence Kloster Kappel.
