For the Mösli primary school (including the after-school care building) with nine middle school and seven lower school classes, we are looking for a committed
caretaker (100%) starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your main tasks
Ensuring efficient, appropriate operation and maintenance of
buildings, furniture, and machines in the school facility
Collaboration and supervision of maintenance work by external companies, partly independent execution of small repairs
Leadership, promotion, and coordination of the cleaning team
Assistance with budget preparation and cost control
Purchasing of consumables and machines within the scope of competencies
Co-responsibility for maintenance and repair of assigned buildings and
facilities
Technical support for caretaker colleagues in the HVACSE area
You bring with you
Craft/technical vocational training, federal specialist certificate as
caretaker or willingness to complete this training
Technical understanding
Preferably leadership experience
Good PC user skills
Very good oral and good written communication skills in German
Independent, reliable working style, resilience, and ability to work in a team
High social competence and enjoyment in dealing with children, teachers, and
parents
Driver's license category B mandatory
