We are looking for a Head of HR Shared Service Center to complement our team, create an excellent employee experience for our staff at the Reinach/BL campus, and jointly further develop HR work within the Endress+Hauser Group.

What tasks will you take on?
You will
- lead and further develop our three teams (Time, Payroll, Operations) with a total of 18 employees,
- ensure a great employee experience and actively contribute to the satisfaction of our employees,
- work closely operationally and strategically with the HR contacts of the supported units and conduct effective stakeholder management,
- be responsible for business process management and the continuous improvement of processes in your area,
- strengthen collaboration between the international HR Shared Service units.
What do we expect from you?
You
- have a relevant degree or solid training with further education in Human Resources and Business Process Management,
- bring many years of experience in leading HR service units,
- live a service-oriented lean mindset and enjoy optimizing standardized processes to have time for topics that require personal conversations,
- have a strong sense for stakeholder management and building trusting relationships,
- are fluent in German and English.
