• You organize the sometimes turbulent working days of the chief physician and support him in his diverse tasks and activities
• As the hub of the clinic, you always have an open ear for the concerns of employees of all professional groups of the clinic and the various departments of the hospital, as well as for the concerns of external parties and especially the patients and their parents
• In doing so, you embody the values of the clinic and the hospital such as compassionate empathy, service orientation, and agility
• You organize and check all secretarial work (medical reporting, correspondence, service recording, controlling, inquiries from health insurance companies and insurers, creating statistics, etc.) as well as the outpatient clinics
• You have a small secretarial and MPA team at your disposal, which you lead and support
• In a constantly changing environment, you proactively review and optimize administrative processes and workflows and implement innovations while incorporating proven methods
• As head of administration, you take responsibility together with the head of nursing and the chief physician in the management and strategic direction of the clinic

• You have already practically demonstrated your organizational talent and the ability to remain calm and act friendly and courteous even in hectic moments (e.g., at previous workplaces or managing a family)
• Through foresighted and networked thinking, you can anticipate potential problems and prevent them from arising
• At the same time, unforeseen events are a challenge for you to find pragmatic solutions
• Loyalty and reliability are indispensable for this responsible position
• You have training as a chief physician secretary and/or in the commercial, business administration, or medical field (e.g., as a practice coordinator)
• You communicate in confident German, can make yourself understood in English, and bring IT skills including the MS Office suite
• You enjoy continuously developing yourself personally with curiosity to complement and expand your skills
