We are looking for a Store Assistant at 80% for our FNAC Manor Chavannes store (Canton of Vaud), specialized in technical products.
Your Missions
• You are responsible for informing customers to ensure quality service
• You handle product checkouts
• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty
• You work in the areas of Technical Products: micro, office, image, sound, telephony
• You ensure merchandising compliance and maintain the quality of your department's appearance
• You participate in stock management and the assortment offered to our customers

Your Profile
• You are very comfortable with human relations and customer service
• You have proven experience in selling technical products
• You have a commercial sense and experience in checkout operations
• You are rigorous
• You have initiative and a desire to learn
• You are comfortable using computer tools
• Initiative, teamwork, and autonomy will be your assets
