Your Area of Responsibility

• We offer you an interesting and demanding role as a host/hostess on the wards. You are responsible for the well-being of our guests/patients in the non-medical area
• You are responsible for the daily order taking and serving of meals and drinks according to medical prescriptions
• In addition, you act as a link to ensure close communication and cooperation with nursing, the kitchen, and housekeeping
• Furthermore, you are responsible for checking and setting up the rooms with their complete equipment, mise-en-place in the back office, freshly changing patient beds, and caring for cut flowers

Your Experience

• You have completed a professional gastronomy training with an EFZ certificate as a restaurant, service, hotel specialist, or housekeeping specialist
• You are a friendly, committed personality with a high service orientation
• Good empathy in dealing with patients and discretion are a matter of course for you
• Excellent German skills, an additional national language, as well as solid PC user skills, interest in hospital operations and nutrition topics complete your profile

Your Perspectives

• Together with your team colleagues, you cover various day shifts without room hours until no later than 7:30 p.m. and perform an average of two weekend shifts per month. You will receive your duty roster six weeks in advance
