With around 100 dedicated employees, we ensure the well-being of our guests in 75 charming rooms, two first-class restaurants (1 restaurant with 14 Gault Millau points & green Michelin star) with 140 and 40 seats, a terrace restaurant with 150 seats, a magnificent Belle Epoque hall for up to 170 people, two seminar rooms, and an elegant bar.

Kiosk Staff "Giessbach Lake" (m/f/d)

At the valley station of the historic Giessbach funicular, you are the first and most important contact person for our numerous day and hotel guests. You enjoy the first descent with the railway team and open the facility as well as the sales point. As an employee, you take care of the maintenance of the ticket machines, manage the cash register with a small kiosk, and passionately and competently ensure a smooth guest experience. 

We are very happy if you ...

• ... are an upbeat personality with joy in active guest contact and enthusiasm for a workplace with a lake view and a lot of history
• ... have first experience in sales or ticket sales or great motivation to learn a new area of responsibility
• ... have a quick grasp and a flair for handling digital systems (e.g., cash register system) 
• ... have flawless German skills as well as good English skills and any additional language is an advantage
• ... can support our railway team during peak times and take care of the cleanliness of the valley station
