Your Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the hotel services for effective and efficient service delivery in clear processes
- Direct leadership of four department heads and four staff members
- Successful transfer of the hotel services to the new hospital building (target: move January 2027): Finalization of the adapted process and organizational structure with the hotel team and the interdisciplinary new building project organization
- Continuous development of the hotel services regarding their future viability in a changing industry, including the development of conceptually sound, fact-based decision-making foundations and their implementation into operational processes
Your Profile
- Several years of leadership and project experience. Professional experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Advanced professional training in hotel services / facility management (HF/FH level) with a focus on hospitality management / facility services
- Ability for structured, networked thinking
- Committed, empathetic personality for leading employees in times of great change
- Strong ability for target-group appropriate communication
