- Leading a team of four employees and active member of the branch management
- Responsibility for deployment planning in coordination with the group management colleagues
- Ensuring the accessibility of the AHV branch, providing personal and telephone initial information on supplementary benefits (EL), health insurance costs (KK), AHV/IV pensions as well as contribution questions and forwarding concerns to the responsible specialist
- Participation in contribution management (e.g. family allowances and registrations of non-employed persons)
- Processing of health insurance cost statements including preliminary checks and rejection of non-mandatory services and checking of pension applications
- Handling mail and email correspondence and other administrative tasks
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification; professional experience in the social insurance sector desired
- Several years of leadership experience in a functionally relevant environment
- Enjoyment in dealing with people from different cultures
- High commitment, resilience and sense of responsibility as well as clear, friendly and service-oriented communication
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Good MS Office application skills
- Foreign language skills in French and others are an advantage
