Part-time position (60–80%) – No on-call duties.

We are looking for a qualified physician (MEBEKO or FMH, advanced assistant physician or chief resident level) to join the medicalized care unit of a health institution recognized for its continuing education offerings and commitment to organizational innovation.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct admission consultations and daily medical follow-up of patients in the service (60–80% presence spread over 5 days).
• Write reports and discharge letters, in close collaboration with the care team.
• Be a key player in medical coordination, in connection with specialists from the health center and the technical platform.
• Participate in a friendly hospital service focused on the quality of care pathways and the relevance of care.
• Work in an innovative interprofessional context, with great freedom for clinical and organizational initiative.
• Adjust patient trajectories, often complex, to ensure appropriate and progressive care.
• Actively contribute to institutional development, notably to the evolution of the UATM concept as a credible alternative to heavy hospitalizations.

Position conditions

• Activity rate: 60–80%, regular presence over five days.
• No on-call duties, thanks to the permanent presence of an internal emergency service.

Profile sought

• Diploma recognized in Switzerland (MEBEKO).
• Ideally FMH title in general internal medicine or equivalent experience.
• Confirmed clinical experience (advanced assistant physician or chief resident).
• Strong interest in coordination, care pathways, and transitional medicine.
• Teamwork skills, autonomy, adaptability, and a taste for organizational innovation.
