Stefan Eberhard AG (sehag) operates the companies Deglo AG, Dewaglo AG, Zürcher Kies und Transport AG, DHZ AG, and Deponie Leigrueb AG. Sehag makes an important contribution to the conservation of natural resources. Valuable materials are recovered from waste and returned to the recycling cycle. The resulting residues are safely stored in our modern landfills.

To strengthen our team in Dielsdorf, we are looking for an independent and committed personality as of now or by arrangement

Your Responsibilities

Ensuring the flawless operation of the IT infrastructure together with our external IT partner
Digitalization and optimization of business processes as well as further development of ERP, CRM, and specialist systems
Management of IT and digitalization projects
Identification, prioritization, and implementation of AI use cases with clear business benefits
Ensuring system integration and data quality as well as promoting data-driven decisions
Training and support of employees as well as promoting digital competence within the company

Your Profile

Completed training or studies in business, business informatics, computer science, or comparable fields
Several years of professional experience in an IT management or coordination role, ideally in an SME
Experience in IT and digitalization projects with a good understanding of business processes
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and IT infrastructures
Proactive personality with drive for new IT and digitalization topics
Willingness to travel to our locations in the Zurich area and Eastern Switzerland
