Your tasks
- Individual and resource-oriented care and support for our residents
- Assumption of daily responsibility
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with the family doctors, therapists, and other departments of the Health Center Appenzell
- Co-responsibility for medication management
- Quality assurance and further development of care
- Co-support of the trainees FaGe and AGS
Your profile
- Training as a Nursing Specialist HF
- Professional experience in the field of medicine or geriatrics is an advantage
- Available for all shifts (morning, evening, and night shifts)
- Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with older people
- Decisiveness in the context of nursing tasks
- Good German language skills
- Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs
