Deputy Head / Head of Training 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks include:
- Co-responsibility for the conception, planning, and implementation of training and further education programs
- Deputizing the Head of Training in professional, personnel, and operational matters
- Assisting in the strategic and operational development of training programs
- Ensuring smooth training operations during the absence of the head
- Independent conduct of training sessions
- Monitoring compliance with safety standards
- Evaluation of new training methods, technologies, and equipment

For this role, you bring:
- Knowledge of relevant laws, guidelines, and industry standards
- Role model function regarding professionalism, integrity, and safety culture
- Completed basic security-related training is an advantage
- Possibly further training in the security industry FSB / IVR3, instructor course, radiation protection, security driving training, WTB
- Strong leadership and social skills
- High communication skills and assertiveness
- Resilience and ability to act calmly and structured in demanding situations
- Analytical thinking, organizational talent, and high initiative
- Several years of experience in the security industry is an advantage
- Language skills in German, spoken and written
- Italian and French skills are an advantage
- Ideal age between 30 and 50 years
- Teamwork skills and willingness to actively shape internal processes
- Driver's license category B including own vehicle
