You take responsibility in a key area of energy supply. With your expertise, you lead a dedicated team of 2 specialists for protection settings and 9 commissioning engineers, and continuously develop standards and processes in commissioning and protection technology.

Tasks & Responsibilities

You are responsible for the technical and personnel management of the commissioning team.

Coordination of commissioning services for secondary technology with a focus on protection and field level.

Responsibility for protection tests and protection settings in the network of Axpo Grid AG.

Further development of internal concepts and processes as well as leading improvement projects.

Project and sub-project management with a focus on deadlines, costs, and quality.

Acquisition and execution of third-party market orders including proposal preparation.

Profile & Requirements

Technical or university degree in electrical engineering or comparable education.

Several years of experience in protection technology and team leadership.

Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the Swiss energy sector.

Proficient in using Office365 and SAP.

Team-oriented personality with a structured working style and high independence.

Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage.
