These are your tasks
- Technical and personnel management of one of our teams in contract management
- First point of contact for the team and customers – you decide, support, and coordinate
- Responsibility for the initial contact with customers as well as handling telephone and written inquiries
- Creating and following up on service offers until contract conclusion
- Monitoring customer, mandate, and system changes as well as billing concepts
- Active optimization of processes and structures
This is what you bring
- Completed technical basic training, ideally in the field of electrical installations with several years of commercial office experience
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing employees
- Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking with a sales flair
- High affinity for processes, digital tools as well as ERP/CRM or billing systems
- Very good German skills, French is an advantage
- In-depth understanding of the framework conditions of the Swiss market (e.g. VEWA, ZEV, data protection)
