Specificity of the position: the holder must reside or commit to residing within 30 minutes of the site. This is a position with daytime hours and on-call duty in compliance with current legislation.
- Higher education in a technical or administrative field
- Firefighter officer training completed with one or more specialties
- Driving license, categories B and C
- Native French speaker, knowledge of English and/or German would be a plus
- At least 5 years of experience as a section chief or staff officer in a professional or permanent firefighter corps
- Solid experience as a dimensioning intervention chief with multiple partners
- Good skills in command post driving practice
- Experience as a firefighter instructor or adult trainer
- Natural, inspiring, and charismatic leadership, with a dynamic personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and high stress resistance
- Health and physical condition compliant with FSSP standards and SUVA periodic tests, certified by an internal medical examination
