Spitex Region Frauenfeld is a future-oriented, continuously growing nonprofit organization with around 120 employees and a respectful DU culture. With a public service mandate, we provide outpatient care and support for people of all ages.  To strengthen our management team, we are looking for exactly YOU from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement: a committed and competent leader.

Team Leader 80 - 100% (certified nursing specialist HF/FH)

For our Spitex organization, we are looking for a responsible and dedicated team leader who, with professional competence, empathy, and organizational talent, supports and develops our employees in everyday nursing care.

What awaits you

• Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of an interprofessional nursing team with about 15 employees
• Deployment planning and ensuring needs-based and high-quality care
• Support and coaching of employees in daily work
• Close collaboration with the Head of Core Services as well as external partners (doctors, relatives, etc.)
• Co-design and implementation of projects for the further development of Spitex care
• You are close to the base and ready to take on nursing assignments

What you bring

• Qualification as a nursing specialist (HF/FH)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience (preferably in Spitex and/or acute care)
• Completed leadership training or willingness to complete one
• Good IT user skills as well as knowledge of Perigon and interRAI HC
• You have a driver’s license and preferably your own car
