- Kitchen responsibility during the absence of the head chef
- Production of hot and cold dishes, such as production and provision of catering orders

In the Mattehof gastronomy in Bern, our host team with 17 employees spoils around 500 guests daily. The high-quality, attractive and varied offer consists of various menus, front cooking (pasta concept, wok or grill), free choice buffet, extensive salad buffet and snacks. Additionally, the gastronomy includes a cafeteria. Through the in-house catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings or aperitifs. Regular company events and special occasions are held.
You work from Monday to Friday, each day between 06:00 and 17:00, depending on the duty roster. The operation is closed on public holidays and weekends. You are flexibly deployable for occasional special events.
