The notary office, land registry, and bankruptcy office Schwyz is an administrative unit of the district of Schwyz. It is responsible for nine municipalities, focusing on real estate transactions, but also in the areas of marital property and inheritance law, corporate and bankruptcy law.
From January 1, 2026, or by agreement, we offer a responsible position as Deputy Notary / Notary (100%)
Your main tasks:
- Drafting, editing, and notarizing contracts primarily in property law, but also in marital property and inheritance law (including advance directives) and corporate law
- Management of the land register
- Conducting bankruptcy proceedings
- Advising clients, authorities, and other service providers
Your profile:
- You hold the Schwyz lawyer's license or the Schwyz eligibility certificate for notaries or have an out-of-canton lawyer's license and are willing to undergo a corresponding re-examination (interview) in the canton of Schwyz.
- You are characterized by a reliable, team-oriented, resilient, and customer-oriented personality
- You work carefully, efficiently, independently, and with a structured approach
