Together with the chief physician, you lead the medical-psychological service and co-lead the psychological staff in the inpatient area. As a member of the management team, you are jointly responsible for implementing the corporate strategy and achieving the company’s goals. One of your central tasks is the responsibility for the organization and professional development of the modular therapy program.

You are an experienced psychotherapist with passion. You have proven leadership experience. You have demonstrated your ability to handle complex and creative tasks in extensive projects within an organization or in research. You enjoy using your leadership skills for the professional development of your employees and contribute to a respectful, open, and trusting interaction, also interpersonally, through your motivating, proactive, and communicative personality. You are familiar with strategic and business management issues and have corresponding further training. A pronounced client and patient orientation is natural for you and rounds off your profile.
