What you can achieve
- Together with the medical and business management, you bear the strategic, organizational, and nursing professional responsibility for the Women’s Clinic
- You actively shape the further development of the clinic from qualitative, economic, and patient-centered perspectives
- You lead the nursing management level with six direct and around 150 indirect employees and promote a high-performance and appreciative leadership culture.
- You ensure high-quality nursing care and promote evidence-based nursing practice
- You are responsible for the nursing budget of the Women’s Clinic and optimize resource planning and control in close interprofessional collaboration with nursing and midwifery management
- You take over the bed management of the Women’s Clinic and ensure efficient occupancy
- You continuously establish, evaluate, and improve processes and structures in terms of efficiency, economy, and quality
What you bring with you
- Completed HF/FH nursing diploma as well as a relevant master's degree (e.g., nursing science, healthcare management, advanced practice nursing)
- Several years of leadership experience in a complex, highly specialized hospital environment, ideally in gynecology/obstetrics
- High leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Decisiveness and implementation orientation
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and cooperative work at eye level
- High innovation capability and strategic thinking in a university environment
