Job Description
We now offer you the chance to dive into this exciting environment and effectively apply your marketing expertise. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to strengthen our marketing team. Your role is central: you ensure that our entire product range – from software to data products to valuation services – becomes visible in the market and can unfold its full potential. By understanding our solutions in detail and positioning them appropriately for target groups, you increase our reach and contribute significantly to achieving our ambitious growth goals. You will present your ideas and successes directly to the Head of Sales.
Your Responsibilities:
- You plan and implement the marketing strategy that leads our company into the next growth phase – with a focus on product marketing.
- You plan, coordinate, and produce content for our newsletter and website.
- You are responsible for the go-to-market strategy for new products and features. You support sales by designing and executing lead generation campaigns.
- You develop and implement the communication strategy across B2B channels (sales, mailings, automation, LinkedIn, content, events, SEO, etc.).
- You create clear and convincing value propositions and develop creative stories for various channels around our products.
- You ensure that your measures are effective by introducing and monitoring the relevant marketing KPIs.
- You ensure that our communication is consistent in content and visually and meets the highest quality standards.
- You also support the organization of trade fair appearances and events.
Qualifications
You bring:
- You have a completed degree or university qualification in marketing, business, or a comparable field.
- You have already gained initial experience in relevant areas and are ready to take responsibility for a holistic marketing strategy.
- You have experience with SaaS or data-driven services, ideally in the real estate industry.
- You have excellent German and English skills; French skills are a plus.
- You work independently, structured, and precisely.
- You are familiar with Salesforce, Mailchimp, and Wordpress.
- You have a strong flair for good design and also contribute creatively if needed.
