As a Recruiter / PreSales Specialist, you take on a central role in acquiring and advising customers as well as filling demanding positions in the public sector. You combine excellent recruiting expertise with a pronounced, consulting-oriented mindset and convince at the interface between customer and candidate.
You accompany our customers in a solution-oriented manner, understand their requirements, and speak their language. At the same time, you set impulses within the team to continuously optimize processes and strategies. If suitable and interested, there is also the possibility to develop further towards specialist or line management.
Job Description
- Active identification, approach, and acquisition of qualified specialists and executives (Active Sourcing via LinkedIn, networks, etc.)
- Initial interviews with candidates to clarify professional suitability, motivation, and availability
- Qualification of candidate profiles and targeted pre-selection for customer and sales projects
- Close cooperation with the Account Manager
- Support of the sales team in preparing customer presentations, offers, and pitches
- Creation, preparation, and presentation of candidate profiles for customers
- Maintenance and expansion of a sustainable candidate and talent pool
- Active relationship management with candidates, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Market and competitor observation in recruiting and the personnel market
- Ensuring a professional candidate experience throughout the entire process
Qualifications
- Completed training in commercial, HR, or technical fields or comparable qualification
- Initial to several years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or presales is an advantage
- Experience in active sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) desirable
- Interest in sales, consulting, and customer-oriented activities
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident demeanor when dealing with candidates, customers, and internal contacts
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
- High self-motivation and hands-on mentality
- Team player with a pronounced service and customer orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good level of English (French is an advantage)
- Resident in Switzerland, preferably in the Bern area
