Your area of responsibility

Active and optimal management of the assigned goods warehouses (suppliers/product groups) in close cooperation with the entire central procurement team

Recording and processing of article orders with the assigned suppliers

Quantity bundling at the national level

Clarifications of product information, quantities, prices, and delivery times

Mapping and checking of agreed supplier conditions in SAP/SRM

Maintenance of supplier and material management data

Support of sales and other internal departments in all procurement matters

Participation in or conducting supplier discussions if necessary

Your profile

You have experience in purchasing, ideally in the construction or construction-related environment. You are familiar with the products of the building envelope & wood product groups. You have a commercial basic education and good SAP knowledge in the MM module. You conduct telephone negotiations confidently and perform at your best even in hectic times. You have good German and French skills, both spoken and written, and enjoy working in a dynamic team.
