- Supervision and support of the sales team both in terms of insurance sales techniques (initial training and skills development) and personal and human development
- Definition of sales targets, in consultation with the General Agent, support of teams to achieve objectives and analysis of results
- Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures
- Management of your own portfolio and acquisition of new clients to ensure growth in the region's results
- Advising clients with a 360° approach, focused on specific needs in all insurance areas
- Creation and management of an intermediary network

- Your solid experience in sales, your ease in personalized advice and negotiation
- Your in-depth knowledge in the insurance field with a specialization in non-life insurance
- Your first experience in team management; you know how to motivate your collaborators to give their best through training, support, and continuous skills development
- Your service-, client-, and solution-oriented personality as well as your ease in interpersonal contacts
- Your mastery of French both spoken and written, any other language is an advantage
- Your autonomous and goal-oriented working method
- Your ease with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
- Your residence in the relevant activity area, your very good knowledge of the local economic fabric, and your extensive network in the region
