To strengthen our team in the Facility/Plant Maintenance area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Facility employee, 100%, at the Hochdorf location starting 02.02.2026.

Your responsibilities
- You ensure the technical availability of the systems in daily operations (troubleshooting, support
- and maintenance as well as repair of our machines and systems).
- You independently carry out maintenance and repair work on conveyor systems, binding systems,
- adjustment ramps and gates as well as on operational equipment.
- You perform general or additional tasks related to the department and support your
- team with vehicle maintenance, transport systems, and disposal.
- You are willing to take on alternating on-call duty and shift work in addition to daily tasks.
- You actively and responsibly implement technical improvement measures.

Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in a manual or technical field.
- You already have professional experience in the field of electrical or mechanical work.
- You have a high willingness to learn and enjoy a dynamic and lively workday.
- You are physically resilient and enduring at work.
- You have good IT skills including all common Office applications.
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
