What you will do here
- Take over the coordination of the Bachelor of Civil Engineering program and maintain and nurture the flow of information and collaboration with various interfaces
- Organizationally support and ensure the smooth operation of teaching activities in the BSc Civil Engineering program
- Participate in projects and organize various internal and external specialist events, including in the recruitment and advising of prospective students
- Implement workload planning and create timetables
- Collaborate and coordinate with the program management and the program secretariat
What you ideally bring with you
- Preferably a university degree in civil engineering, possibly with further training/experience in business administration; several years of professional experience at an educational institution is desirable but not mandatory
- Enjoyment of education and promoting young talent in civil engineering
- Organizational talent; the ability to respond to a wide variety of people, situations, and demands and to prioritize correctly
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as the willingness to proactively network within the university and externally
- Confident German language skills, good French and English skills are an advantage
- Good digital skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with new IT tools
