YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- You bear overall responsibility for the management of complex customer projects in the field of rail automation (CBTC, ATO, C-DAS, collision warning systems)
- You ensure timely as well as budget- and contract-compliant project execution
- You take the lead in customer support and communication with partners, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders
- You lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team from all areas along the value chain
- You represent the customer project internally to management and sustainably motivate your project members
- You develop innovative solutions together with the team to meet technical and non-technical customer requirements
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- You have a passion for realizing very innovative and fascinating rail automation projects
- You have completed a higher technical education (university, university of applied sciences, technical college), ideally with business management training
- You have several years of experience in managing customer projects, ideally in the field of signaling technology, or other relevant project experience in the rail industry
- You are familiar with current developments in automation technology in the rail industry
- You communicate not only with strong negotiation skills in German but also in English (level C1 spoken and written)
- You enjoy business travel (< 10% travel activity)
