Your Impact
- Collaborate with your team to deliver high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in industries such as Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Industrial Manufacturing, and Public Services.
- Empower your clients to innovatively leverage their data by proposing and developing the most suitable data-driven solutions according to the clients' needs and the availability/properties of their data.
- Assist your clients in advancing digitization with data pipelines and analyzes of various data sources. The projects you are working on include the technical and analytical development of end-to-end data engineering, analytics, and automation solutions.
- Challenge the status quo, seek the information you need, understand the challenge at hand, and devise creative and simple solutions.
- Implement and continue learning best practices in technology, data engineering, analytics, and consulting approaches
Your Skill Set
- A university degree in fields such as business informatics, computer science, physics, mathematics, or any engineering discipline is preferred.
- Initial work experience in data engineering, data science, visualization, or analytics (including thesis work) adds value.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages like Python, R, SQL, or similar is required.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, AWS, or DataBricks is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, coupled with a proactive attitude towards delivering client value, are vital.
- Fluency in English and German and a willingness to travel within Switzerland, and occasionally internationally, are necessary.
