Specialist Nurse - Memory Care 80-100% (a)
YOUR TASKS
- Further development and implementation of guidelines in the Memory Care (dementia) specialist area and in care.
- Introduction and support of new employees with a focus on the case management role.
- Coaching, training and case discussions for the professional development of employees.
- Consultation in complex client situations as well as occasional assumption of assignments.
- Promotion of resource- and goal-oriented care.
- Close collaboration with employees, specialist departments, doctors and within the coach trio with team and HR coaches.
- Active participation in the further development of care and organisation.

YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Enjoyment of the described tasks as well as in shaping and further developing our team and organisation.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or an equivalent academic qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in outpatient or inpatient care.
- Enjoyment in coaching, supporting and developing employees.
- Strong skills to enable and promote employees of all competence levels professionally.
- Interest in business management contexts.
- Openness to further develop your own role within the framework of organisational development.
- Coaching and/or leadership experience is an advantage.
