Maintenance Technician m/w/d
For the team of the Wafer Production Maintenance department at Axetris AG, we are looking for a reliable, dedicated, and proactive personality as a Maintenance Technician.
Your tasks
Ensuring high equipment availability and process stability through timely and careful maintenance of production equipment in wafer manufacturing.
Performing and planning preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of production equipment (lithography, wet chemistry, backend, thin film) to ensure high equipment availability, collaborating with external partners.
Responsible for inventory management and spare parts management.
Close collaboration with team colleagues and process engineers.
Assisting in improving existing manufacturing processes of the equipment, actively contributing improvement suggestions.
Development and maintenance of documentation for maintenance tasks.
Adhering to and ensuring occupational safety.
Your profile
Technical vocational training and specific further education in electronics, mechanics, or physics is an advantage.
Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of semiconductor production equipment, for example in lithography, wet chemistry, wafer dicing, P&P, coating technology, or plasma processes.
Professional experience in cleanroom environments and handling hazardous chemicals or equipment where they are used.
Good German or English language skills.
